This is the characters unlocking guide for Orochi Warriors (Warriors Orochi). Please note that some characters are harder to unlock than others as you may require higher level skills to be able to require them (ie horsemanship) :

| Ma Chao |
In Sengoku Story - Gaiden 2. Have all peasants escape successfully and Ma Chao survives. When the peasants appear, they will escape through the stone maze, once they enter an ambush party will appear within the stone maze (two enemy officers) and another will attack Ma Chao. If you escort the peasants all the way to their exit point, you will have little or no time to save Ma Chao. The best way is to kill the stone maze ambush party enemy officers, quickly clear away large crowds of enemies in the path, and run back to Ma Chao. |

In Wu Story - Gaiden 6. Make sure all reinforcements are alive and reach Keiji's base before time limit shows 10 minutes remaining. You must hit the battle drum at different occasions in the main camp so that reinforcements appear. There are 5 reinforcements in total, the last being Hanzo. A 6th reinforcement may appear if you continue to hit the drum, Imagawa Yoshimoto, but he is a neutral ally and does - not - count as one of the five. As a few of the allies, such as Tokugawa Ieyasu, Inahime, Hanzo, and Zhou Tai, are playable if you play as any of those characters they will be replaced by generic officers. Note that you will need a fast horse for this, skill level 6 or higher. Some people find that playing in two player mode is easier to unlock Keiji. |

- Shu - Successfully escort all peasants, you must follow them all the way to the escape point. Once you reach the bridge, be sure you do this before the peasants do, Lu Bu will appear, followed by Honda Tadakatsu. Kill Lu Bu as quickly as possible.
- Wei - When the battle starts, immediately go to secure Honda Tadakatsu's base
- Wu - After Honda Tadakatsu's 2nd defeat, complete that stage in 2 minutes. Defeat Dong Zhuo is the best idea unless you had much more time to defeat other officers and soldiers.
- Sengoku - Successfully escort messenger. Be sure you enter the north camp before he does because Lu Bu can easily kill him. Once the Lu Bu cutscene is initiated, Honda Tadakatsu will appear. After they have conversation with each other, then kill Lu Bu. Without going near Date Masamune wait for reinforcements to appear, Xiao Qiao is one of them, then go kill Date Masamune as quickly as possible. In addition, keep all your officers alive. Note that there is one near Date Masamune.
